Police have published concerning footage depicting a driver executing hazardous drifting maneuvers on a traffic circle during an unauthorized car meet, putting watching crowds at significant risk of injury.

A 23-year-old from Southampton received a jail term of 27 weeks, deferred for 12 months, after pleading guilty to reckless operation of a vehicle.
In addition, the court issued a 12-month driving ban and ordered community service along with a rehabilitation program.

As stated by police officials, the recording was captured at an illegal automobile gathering in Portsmouth on 28 December 2024, showing the driver driving a pink BMW.

The officer continued: “These events are not only a total disturbance, but they also put themselves and uninvolved individuals at risk of severe harm.”
