This incident caused the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people have been arrested related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport where 21 people were injured by a substance believed to be pepper spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in the Lambeth area for suspected theft and assault and a woman, 23 was detained on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. They both remain in custody, the force said.

These detentions follow a probe into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the incident, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their luggage after getting out of a car park lift.

A toddler aged three was one of the injured during the incident. Five people went to hospital for treatment and were later released.

Officers arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of robbery and assault close to the scene. He has since been released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.

Police were called at approximately 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding several people injured by an irritating chemical believed to be pepper spray.

The attack - which police said was isolated and not considered terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility for a short time.
