More Images from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the images.

Furthermore contained in this recent photograph drop seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in notations in red and features a key labelling different sections of the land.

Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, including designs for marina coverings.

More documentation made public as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
